Corporate image booklet of the engineering company «Timoks»

Project: corporate image booklet
Customer: Timoks LLC
Task. Create a comprehensive and convincing presentation material that reflects the company's scale, production cycle depth, and technological equipment level in one medium. The booklet should serve as a business negotiation tool and primary contact with industrial customers, conveying reliability, experience, and stability without advertising redundancy.
Solution. A multi-page corporate booklet with clear logic of presentation was developed - from the company's image and development history to facts, figures, and specific production capabilities. The visual language is built on industrial aesthetics: a restrained color palette, large graphic accents, technical elements, and real photos of workshops and equipment. Complex technical information is structured and presented in an easy-to-perceive format, allowing the booklet to simultaneously perform image and informational functions, enhancing trust in the company and emphasizing its status as a reliable engineering partner.

Task

Form a corporate image brochure that captures the scale and maturity of a machine-building enterprise, emphasizing more than 30 years of experience, business sustainability, and the status of a reliable industrial partner at the federal level.

Structure a large amount of diverse information about production, equipment, nomenclature, and supply geography into understandable, logically constructed material, convenient for perception by managers, engineers, and procurement departments.

Show the depth of the production cycle and the company's technological capabilities through facts, figures, and real production processes, avoiding advertising rhetoric and maintaining a business, engineering tone of presentation.

Create a universal presentation tool that works equally effectively in negotiations, industry events, and at the initial contact with the customer, enhancing trust in the company and supporting decision-making on cooperation.

Solution

A multi-page structure of the brochure with a rigid logic of information presentation was chosen as a solution, where each section solves a specific communication task: forming the company's image, fixing the scale, demonstrating production capabilities, and confirming process manageability.

The visual system is built on an industrial aesthetic close to the machine-building environment. A restrained color palette, large typography, and graphic elements borrowed from engineering and technical visual culture are used, which creates a sense of precision, control, and professionalism.

Content filling is organized according to the principle of from general to particular: the company's history and values are replaced by facts, figures, lists of operations, and equipment. Complex technical information was reworked and structured to preserve engineering credibility while remaining readable for the management audience.

Photographic materials are integrated as part of the visual system, not as illustrative additions. Real production scenes, equipment, and processes are used, which provides a visual link between the declared expertise and the actual activities of the enterprise.

Result

As a result, a holistic corporate brochure was created, which forms a clear and structured representation of the company, its scale, experience, and production capabilities in the reader's mind, without excessive advertising and simplifications.

The material has become a convenient tool for business communication, allowing quickly introducing partners and customers to the business context, demonstrating the technological maturity of the enterprise, and supporting argumentation in negotiations due to facts, figures, and visual evidence.

The brochure organically combined image and information functions, preserving the engineering strictness of presentation and compliance with the expectations of the industrial audience, including managers, technical specialists and procurement services.

Visually and content-wise, the project strengthened the positioning of LLC "Timoks" as a sustainable machine-building enterprise with a full production cycle and a confirmed business reputation, ready for long-term cooperation at the federal level.
