My name is Dmitry Shcherbakov

I am a graphic designer specializing in branding, packaging and print production for business. I help companies build visual communication that strengthens reputation, increases trust and supports sales. 

I work with real production and business tasks — from websites and advertising to packaging, catalogs and printed materials.
My goal is to create design that looks professional, stays consistent and works reliably in real conditions.

Questions that usually arise before starting work

Is it possible to work officially, with a contract and closing documents, is there an electronic document flow?

Yes. Cooperation is built in a completely legal format: contract, invoice, acts of performed work and electronic document flow. This approach allows you to easily include work in accounting and management accounting, as well as comply with the company's internal regulations.

The formalized process reduces legal and financial risks, simplifies approvals and makes interaction with the contractor predictable and convenient. This is especially important for business, where transparency, responsibility and proper registration of all stages of cooperation are valued.

How is the work process and result control organized?

Work is built in stages with previously agreed and fixed decision-making points. This format gives a transparent project structure and allows you to control the progress of work without constant operational involvement. At any moment, it is clear what stage the task is at and what decisions are being made further.

Clear staging reduces uncertainty, helps avoid spontaneous edits and keeps the focus on the result, not the process. The client is involved in key points, influencing the direction of the project, while not delving into the details of execution. I am always in touch and accompany the project so that the work moves consistently and predictably.

How secure is the design from the point of view of copyright?

Only legal fonts, images and visual materials with correctly executed licenses suitable for commercial use are used in the work. This allows you to apply the design in advertising, on the site, marketplaces and in long-term projects without risk.

All design solutions are developed individually for the client's task and do not copy other people's works or template solutions. This approach reduces the risk of claims from copyright holders and ensures the uniqueness of visual communication, which can be freely used and scaled in business.

Is the work format suitable for a business without a clear technical specification?

In most cases, the task is formed jointly at the beginning of the work.

At this stage, it is important not just to fix the wishes, but to understand what result is considered successful for the business. I help to structure the initial requirements, ask the right questions and translate abstract ideas into clear and feasible solutions.

This approach allows you to remove uncertainty at the start, reduce the number of clarifications in the process and avoid discrepancies in expectations. The client does not need to delve into professional details: the logic, structure and justification of decisions are taken over, and only those moments that really affect the final result are put up for approval.

Can design be outsourced and not delve into operational details?

Yes, with a agreed task, design can be fully outsourced. In this format, I take over the management of the entire design part of the project: from working out solutions to their implementation and preparation of materials for use.

The client participates only in key points where fundamental decisions are made that affect the result. All intermediate stages, operational details and approvals are on my side. This approach allows you to maintain control at the strategic level and at the same time not waste time on process management, focusing on business and other priorities.

Is this format suitable for large companies and agencies?

Yes. The workflow and documentation are designed with the requirements of large clients and agencies in mind. The cooperation format is easily integrated into existing business processes: contract, invoice, acts, EDM, agreed stages and clear responsibility of the parties.

Within the project, I can work as an external contractor or a "second line" of design, supporting the internal team without interfering with its structure and management processes. This approach allows you to close tasks quickly, maintain the integrity of solutions and at the same time not overload the main team with additional control and approvals.

Do you work with tasks that do not fit large studios by budget?

Yes. In such cases, I connect as an independent contractor, maintaining a professional level, a systematic approach, and responsibility for the result. The format of work allows you to focus on the client's task, without redundant processes and overhead costs characteristic of large studios.
